If anyone wants to look at what a well tillered bow looks like. Well you don’t have to look any further. Marc you really have perfected it.

PS  I was think I have a bow I made that looks almost exactly like that. Then I looked at a full draw picture and it’s not bad, but it’s not as good as Marc’s

Yep.  I haven't achieved perfection, but I think it looks a whole lot like that.

I have some gut string for serving tennis rackets I bought several years ago that I'd like to try and make a string with for this bow, I'd bought it when I had an interest in flight shooting.  I just need to figure out how to go about doing it

Nope, not going to the flats

The nocks are 1/2" wide at the shoulder

Not likely to be competitive since you would have to shoot it in then unlimited class and at 55# it probably wouldn't compete with the heavier bows that could shoot in the class

I remember Dano. Saw him the last time maybe 14 years ago at Ojam and gave him a couple staves.

That might not be the same Dano.  I remember there was one guy who went by the name Dano that frequented the Leatherwall and Tradgang, not the same guy

Yep, that's the Dano I was talking about. He'd come up to Mojam,where I first met him, and hung out with Micky aka: Ferret.
