Thanks guys.  Don't make a lot of bows anymore but been wanting to do something with this stave for awhile. 

Got another bow I made last winter that has a story to it, I'll post it some day

Beautiful bow Marc and great story, and yes I remember Dano, seen a lot come and go here over the years.  :)

PS  I was think I have a bow I made that looks almost exactly like that. Then I looked at a full draw picture and it’s not bad, but it’s not as good as Marc’s

Yes quite a few people have disappeared over the years, I suspect for many making bows is just a passing fancy

I might be one of them. Only made occassional child's bows in the past few years.
