Went to watch my grandson play baseball. He’s a pretty good pitcher. Really enjoyed watching his team play.

And while all that was happening the rye was giving way to the sugar beets.

In another week you’ll think that this is a different field. The beets are getting to the size that they will really start growing

All the Fields around have had alot of activity the last week. Behind My House it will be Beans, Corn blocks My viewing  :(. Have a great weekend coming up ! I think Matt and I are going to get some Bluegills.  (=) Bob.

Yes lots of field work the past few weeks. It’s been pretty cold here by the lake yet. Did have a couple nice days last week that even brought out the short sleeve shirts. Lots of sunburned people including myself.

Back to the cold again though. Furnace is still running. Didn’t get a white frost but it had to be close again last night.

At least you won’t be ice fishing, but the fish should be good and firm yet in the cold water
