I got an intimidating guy to build a bow for! Thought why not try something new.
I roughed this yew stave out a few months ago and used steam for all the bends.
The sapwood had some damage, so I decrowned it and planned to sinew back it.
I dug it out last week and laid down the first course, I'll do 1 more layer, maybe 2.
Its about 52" long, I've never made a 5 curve, if it doesnt work out I usually make 2 or 3 bows at a time
