Congrats Pat! That is a special bow right there.

I have got mine finish sanded. contemplating some possible stain effects... I will be shipping right at the deadline.

Got my recipients bow stained with some homemade vinegar steel wool plus oak gal hide glue. Mild heat temper on the belly after shellacing. Now burnished and ready to sign. Kept it primitive with self nocks. I put quite a few arrows thru her. Fun to shoot. Hope my guy likes it.

Thanks guys. I was sweating it there for a little bit, but looks like I might ship early...by a day or two.  ;D  Keep at it Pat, that is going to be a special bow.

Got the strike plate inlayed today.

That's a cool piece of wood, Carson. I need to try inlaying a strike plate some day. Very classy.
