Incredible bow Weylin.  Since you are drawing it back to your ear I know its not for my T-rex arm draw length  :'(

I bet I could pull it that far. :)

That bow sure cleaned up nice for the big dance, Weylin.

I put the first dozen arrows through my trade bow last night. Love the way it shoots. Flipped tips straighten out a bit at full draw. Tiller shape looks a little off in this photo but I think it's the cant of the bow plus my camera man's low to the ground perspective :). Hit my recipients specs on the nose, so pretty tickled about that. Time to get finishing.

That's a good looking bend to me, Carson.

Great work, Weylin and Carson!

Got an info about mine, it is in the Staates and has passed the customs - should be at my recipient in 1-2 days ...

Fabulous bows, fellas! It's been a treat to see what ya'll created. Congrats to all!

I've died and gone to heaven...by way of Bavaria!  I got home from work this evening and found a cardboard box in my chair. When I opened the box I found this...

and when I opened this box I found this...

The box/bow case is impressive on it's own; foam rubber bow holder for each half of this beautiful take down osage bow, the box top has arrow holders for either 11/32" or 5/16" shafts, a 2 sided box for strings(2 came with the set) and other stuff...

the tips are beautiful with horn inserts and overlays...

Simon's bow makers mark...

...and the best part...

Simon, you overdid yourself with this beautiful bow and case set. I will use it with pride and hopefully I can make meat with it for Simon and myself.
Simon suggested I not string the bow for a few days to let it acclimatize to my area. I'll string her up this weekend and put a few arrows through her. She hasn't been shot in but after seeing other bows Simon has made I'm not worried about that. I'll break her in this weekend.
Again Simon, I'm so proud of this new bow and she will be cherished for the rest of my life!

You lucky dog.  Congrats Pat.  You better bring that set to the classic next year so we can check it out in person.

Impressive work Simon.
