shouldn't it be up to the builder as to what they want to make? otherwise it seems to me more like custom order arrow. I will be greatful to have a hand made arrow from someone else. that is just my 2 cents hope i don't upset anyone for saying that.

Yes. I think material and style is up to the builder. But i would like to send an arrow that could be actually used by the recipient. Wether they choose to use it or not is up to them.

I'm in.  I am currently making up some new arrows for a Joe Don Jones bow I got last weekend.  What I get doesn't matter.  All my shafts are commercial made, (wood) I just put every thing together.  My shafts are spined either 45-50 or 65-70.  Just need to know a ship by date.

I'm in! Still need to read the rules though. I'll go back through this post and figure it out.  I got lots of arrows and keep making more. Great idea! dp

Please count me in also.  I shoot 45-55 spine at 30 inches - - but that should not matter - what ever is made, I will be happy with, I'm sure.   Probably will be a wall hanger anyway.

I think some guys signed up on the other arrow trade post.  When you are getting the list together you should check for names on it also.

Old Hippy, if you need any help organizing or running the trade let me know.  I'd be glad to help you out if I can in any way.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

Mine are not fancy, and if that is ok? I'd like to get in on this.
I shoot an arrow about 29" 45# bow, if hunting blade is used, it can be made of anything 7/8" wide. Ed

I want in.  Any length over 28" will work for me.  Anything from 45-70 spine will work for me.

Guys, I'm going for a little r and r for a couple of days so just keep signing up and Friday evening or Saturday morning I will draw names and let you know who to send your arrow to. I will need everyones address that I don't have. I have Derick's, Pearlie's, Outlaws, and Gun Docs. Everyone should be able to get their arrow in the mail by the second week of Sept.

Hippy, why don't you save yourself a lot of work and pair up two participants and let them work out specs/addresses/shipping. And when you start rounding up the names, be sure to check your original thread for participants. Some may have mistakenly signed up there..........Art B
