All righty, I will let this thread go for a week from today and all that want to participate sign up Let us know what the specs are for the arrow that you want, length, spine, fletching and so forth. Next Friday at 11:59pm I will go to the cross roads with a dead black cat and select pairs of names. Then I will contact the people via pm. Good luck.

50-55#, or 55-60# or what ever. I don't have a spine checker either. I just make them to shoot.

I would like to do this if I may. Would like to have something primitive. If I can hunt with it cool, if not it will be a wallhanger. I'm not picky would be proud just to be a part of this. I shoot a osage longbow bout 42 to 45 pounds.
Did the Native Americans think about all this that much or just do it?

I'm in, send me whatever ya make. Never spined an arrow in my life, either. If I know the bow weight can probably make something that will be passable,eh?

I'm in. Shoot 45-55# bows with a 27" arrow, but not concerned about the specs as whatever I get will likely be saved
to admire rather than shoot. Although I may want to use it for a shot or two to take a deer to honor the arrow maker.
I'll be making a shoot shaft with turkey feathers, self nock and sinew wrap with a stone point by someone else since I
don't knap.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.

Legal hunting width in ohio is 3/4". Any material, barbs dont matter.

Count me in. I'll take any arrow anyone makes. I usualy shoot between 50# and 60# so I will make an arrow for that. I don't spine arrows either. If they shoot well, I shoot them.  ;D

Im in. 28.5", 50-55 is what I shoot. I will GLADLY accept any arrow a guy wants to give me. New , old, bloody or the sort. Just be sure its signed and dated.

Steve do you want our addresses PM'ed? Are we trying to get this done before most archery seasons open? Id say 2 weeks or more is plen ty of time to make or ship an arrow.

Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

So be it............right/left handed shoot arrow, left/right wing fletched (turkey or goose), wrapped not glued of course, with a trad hunting point of 45-50# 28" long. Wait a minute, that sounds like what I'll be sending. Seriously though, I would prefer something with  a little history if possible.

You can list me as an alternate also incase someone doesn't get their arrow. Probably going to happen..........Art B
