I actually ordered the backing and the cedar from pinehollow longbows, always great service. There aren't really any great lumber yards where I live, so I order most of my wood.
I'll have to remove a bit more wood from the inner 1/3 and see how it looks, this is my first time working with cedar and I have to say that it's a bit different. Works really easy, and smells great
I forgot to mention the specs - 64" TtT, 4" handle, 2" fades, 2" wide running out 2" and then tapers to 1/2" at the nocks. Right now it is about #45 @ 25", I was going to try to tiller it out to 28" but I don't know if it'll make it if I do that.
