Is that a hinge on the right limb, mid section?

coming along ok, but the whole central secion of the bow is doing very little and it's in danger of turning into a square (flat top and two sides going straight down)
I'd ease off the inner 1/3 of each limb.
Right limb is also a tad stiff on the outer 1/3.
Hold a CD up in front of the pic and shift it sideways to see each limb, and you'll see how stiff the inner limbs are.

So should remove or should not remove wood toward the handle? Looks so stiff there.

If it's stiff, remove wood... if it bends too much leave it alone. It's as simple as that!
The hard thing is getting your  eye in to seeing what's stiff and what's bending too much.
I always say solving problems is easy... the hard thing is identifying the actual problem.
