OK, reworked it is. Sort-of newnan-ish...


Interestingly, a friend brought over a 5gal bucket of flint he'd picked up at his hog lease. There was one nice chunk of georgetown in it and I knocked out a big triangle for him. It was tough stone and I struggled thinning it. Finally got a big triangle point about the same size as I started with here, though thicker. Got one good notch but the other stalled right away. I didn't mess up quite the same way, but before I got a good notch on the other side I knocked off a corner on it too.

So, I did a newnan on that one too. It was a better looking point, but this one is light enough to hunt with.
