Ya know, gut, I never looked at em like that. I bet they do look like slab work to some people (at least untill you see the side profile.) They really ain't nothin special. I have been workin on improving that point alot cause I've been makin so many of em. I figured out an easy and efficient way of shearing the point into shape then its just a matter of several thinning passes.

Interestingly, after I had developed this technique, I went back and reread Towers post at the top about thinning and I had copied his style almost completely!

Sooo, like G-pa says "give flowers while they can still smell 'em!" Thanks Tower, for putting out such great and understandable info. Have to give you credit cause I know how hard I was trying to mimic your style. That's the beauty of this site and these folks.
