Getting there Noel, really need a set of scales though. Why not make yourself something lighter to get your technique working?

i have some lighter ones, and my yew will also be lighter than that, it just ended up that weight, and handled it nicely so i figured i would train with it for strength training, i am actually pretty accurate with it, now just to get it back those last 2 or so inches, and as far as a scale, i found one at bass pro sops im going to get next time im there, it goes to 400lbs( don't worry im not planing on going that high unless its a crossbow)

Any girlfriend that would be age appropriate for me would be your mother's age.  Go wash your mouth out with soap, young man.

Your a long way off full draw yet, and you wont get there by shooting something too heavy.

by that point, i was also starting to loose form  and was getting tired, i had been shooting for about an hour at that point, i usually also dont shoot that one, usually just 2 or 3 times a week, the rest of the time im shooting around 60-70lb bows for form and fun

With a lighter bow, pull high with your shoulder and get to full draw every time. If you don't get to full draw you are practising bad technique so you should stop at the point when you cant do it any more. If you start high and rotate your drawing arm you with fine you are much stronger, then force your elbow down and lock yourself in, hold for only a second and shoot.
