  Anybody ever use one of these? And if so, what do you like or not like about it?

I like it, it works well for me. Most guys just use a bench vice padded, I like being able to move it around if its nice I can take it out side very easily or if its raining and cold can keep it in the shop. I just use 3 C clamps to hold it in place, I got mine for free from a friend of mine he never used it so I couldnt pass up the deal. :D I really cant complain about anything. If you have the money and are serious about building bows I would go for it you wont be disappointed IMO.
