Ya wished you could make it WB, you could always catch a ride with JW  ;) :) :) He plans to make it this year and it's been a while since I have seen him, looking forward to that.  :)

Got a doctors app. this morning but heading to the cabin about noon, we have a big working tomorrow to get ready for our first shoot next Saturday and also get some more things ready for the Classic, going to be a busy couple of months, this first shoot helps because it gets us in the mode to get things done ;) :) such as clean up on the ranges and around the cabin/kitchen and work shop. Hope yall have a good one also.

Had a good weekend, not much shop time although did get a couple of hides ready to smoke, spent most of it working on Kitchen/pavilion and the ranges, also just getting stuff in order around the whole place. I made a couple of knives for DaveO back in the winter and GregB just finished the sheaths for them, the legs came from one of Dave's Turkey kills, I think 1 is for him and 1 for his grand son, hope he like them. Got all our flags and pictures back up, we are very proud of these, they have been given to us over the years by some very special people.  :)

A couple of hide ready to smoke and 1 more for Shawn thawing. Got a friend that has a big pecan tree is his yard, he got way to many this year so he brought me some, man they are great. :) :)

My good friend gave me these points for the cabin, beautiful work. Found a good 4 point shed while setting the range, I am not a trophy hunter but this should be a really nice one next season, just maybe I will see him up close and personal.  :-\ ;) :) Back strap for lunch, yum yum!!Then out on the range. :) We have some nice target set ups, lots of big stuff , I like big  :) :)

Got the pavilion in shape, it will be ready for the Classic all but moving my smoker and trailer, no need to move them for this shoot Saturday. Hope yall had a good one also. Life is Good. :)

Thanks guys, headed that way this morning for the weekend, got a few things to finish uo to be ready for the open shoot Saturday, always enjoy our first shoot of the year and helps get thing started for the Classic, got a few thing going in the shop but mostly TwinOaks stuff this weekend. ??? Great weekend, weather was beautiful Saturday for our shoot, had a little time in the Shop Thursday and Friday because of the rain so got a few things done there. Got all the heads mounter/feathers trimmed and mounted on the plaques, should have all the trophies done this week for the Classic, don't seem like a big job but when you do 42 of anything it turns into a big job. Be glad to get this off my list. ;) :) :)

Also putting scales on another knife, scales are Camel bone and took lots of pins, quite the pain but went ok. :)
