So, this bow is 66" ntn #53 @ 27". I started tillering it back in march and set it aside because I knew I wanted to do something out of my comfort zone. I really wanted to try static recurves because those are the only curves I havent tried yet.I steamed the curves in than Pearly told me to do brush nocks, and I thought yeah right. Well I grabbed a couple blocks of walnut and went to work. With my anxiety at an all time high I crept my way through every part of this build. The tip overlays are buffalo horn and I laminated an extra piece of osage to the handle and to my suprise it had those cool beatle holes in it, thanx beatles. Those are the last set of snakeskins I had and they absolutely had to go on this bow. And again thats leather off my old Brooks leather jacket from my punk rock days.
