I'd thought I'd heard that bear tastes like pork but maybe what I heard was cook it like pork.
The bison I had tasted like beef.

I thought everybody knew, shark tastes like chicken.

Meso!  Man, that's the good stuff!  Thanks for sharing your story.  Felt like I was right there with you.  Way to persist and bring it all together.
