My bow from Mike Lynch
« on: July 13, 2018, 10:57:58 am »
Last year I talked Mike Lynch into doing a bow swap.  This is the bow he delivered to me at Marshall this year.  It's dyed hackberry with a super cool set of dark WDB skins.  It pulls around 45 lbs at my draw length.  This bow shoots as good as it looks.  I'm working on a set of arrows for it now.

The skins are a perfect match.  The sun was glaring off the lower limb making them look off.

And a classy picture of the bow builder  ;D   Thanks Mike!

I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

Not sure what is sexier. The rig or the builder?

For the love of God I hope you're getting that belly in some sun.

Nice stick Clint, what is the length of that bow? Looks like a pretty decent bend going on there. Probably fit me pretty good to.
Mike I'm not afraid to show my wife that sexy picture. She sees  my sexy body all the time.lol. Of course I don't have all the really cool tattoos.

I didn't measure the length BJ.  I think it's around 62-64".  This is the 3rd hackberry bow I have from my friends.

Thanks again for the bow Mike.  I'm taking it to Mojam.

I saw that bow first hand and it is a sweet bow..... the skins pop like you wouldn't believe. as far as the "belly" (paulsemp), I don't think hackberry darkens like osage does. :)

I've always said, good hackberry is the most under rated bow wood around..... if you have never worked it.... try it,  I promise you'll like it..
