The leaves (needles) look like Cyprus, but the bark does not. Looks like Larch to me.

Looks more like Larch to me as well although the ones here have more horizontal branches. Usually European Larch is the type planted here.

Do the needles turn brown in winter? To me that would be a strong indication that it’s tamarack, a/k/a larch. Up nord here we say tamarack.
