Can't resist!  Only if they are stiff enough, and you can stop them from laughing! .  Personally, I think your weight is hang too long.  Otherwise, your set uplooks pretty good.  Keep working at it, and you will get some good ones!

Loon...You should make a graph now to show what is what.Tape it to the spiner.You can refer to it in a flash.
Also you better make sure that calipers is in the same place every time you use it.

that would be faster, but I can zero the caliper when it touches the arrow without a weight. Should probably lube it or something, it's not very smooth so I have to mess with it so it doesn't press on the arrow more than the weight does

next step is to figure out how I'll heat straighten bamboo.. maybe I could make something like Danzn Bar's tool but with aluminum foil instead of a thick aluminum sheet haha. Or I could try to keep doing it by hand  I'm not very good at it

I can self relate to your spiner as mine is the same construction but with an orbital caliper used by machinists.It is sweet I think as it can zero out for every shaft too.That bend is almost a 50# pound bend...around 48#really.

Sometimes trying to,make a perfectly straight shaft out of counteringly kinked shafts every 4 to 5 inches is frustrating by hand so here's my solution for that on top of the wood stove.A 1/4" thick pad of steel with a padded handle.The shaft is rolled back and forth with a lot of pressure.
