Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That handle is SWEET. Too bad you couldn't stain the tip of the osage like a mohagony and have it fade out.

Actually, I take it all back. After a bit more shaping and cutting in the grooves, I like em.  What say yall?

Too thin? Sound like Malarkey to me :laugh:. If you'd made overlay straight at the base it may of looked better. It would of been cool (but defeat the purpose) if you cut a v out of the bottom of the overlay.

Gee thanks everyone. I was certain I had ruined the bow, but now, im really liking it. It took some shaping and came out alright. Tomorrow, the bkw is going to the gunshow to see if I can get some grocery money.
