I sat down at the pit last night and broke 2 really nice performs before walking away really hot. Came back at it today and broke another before I got this one to hold together. Sometimes you just have to make some gravel. Hate to admit it, but I ain't perfect yet.
Knap on!

When your goal is a point that close to perfect your bound to break a few. I'd break every one. Beautiful point beautiful material nice work. Way to stick with it.

Threes my limit,I'll blame it on the moon poor lighting what ever.Sometimes walking away saves alot of rock! That came out to be a real beauty.why to tame the stone

That's a beauty! Someday we'll have to knap together so I can pick up some tips. I always break pieces larger then a few inches or they have the bends.

Thanks guys.
Roger 2 is usually my limit, which is why I waited till next morning to get after it again. Guess we all go through those spells..
Dylan, if you wanna fly out here we can sure break some rock.
Lyman, I believe I've said that before... It's important to keep perspective.

Very nice Scott! I love the two tone that it has.
I don't Knapp but I think this applies here to.

Stix, when you get through that bucket, send up a smoke. I might could rummage some more.
Don - you know, like few others, how difficult that cortex can be to get through. Let's just say this piece made it look easy.
