Artifact Show - Clintion MO June 18th
« on: June 15, 2016, 08:55:24 am »
The Sedalia West-Central Chapter of the Missouri Archeological Society and the Henry County Historical Society and Museum are having a artifact show this Saturday in Clinton, MO.  It will be held in the Clinton Rotary Building on the northwest corner of the Clinton Courthouse Square (intersection of West Franklin and South Washington Street.  It will have artifact identification/information provided by professional archeologists, as well as knapping demonstrations.  Mostly regional collections on display. This is a chance to see many private collections that are not available to view the rest of the year.  No artifacts will be sold traded or appraised.  It is not a trade show.  There will be raffle tickets available.

This is a great show.  I have been to the last few, and it is amazing to see the collections that people have.  Here are a few photos from the last one I attended.    Sorry for the lense cap in the photo.  It was there for size reference.
