That's a good idea.  I don't know what size bearings to get.  How would I find out?


A few people have suggested a small wood stove for it.  I didn't want to do that but I did find something close.  It got delivered today.  It has 2 heat settings or it can just have the flames with no heat.  It has a nice glow with the lights off.   





Pearly sent me this cool looking candle holder for my project.  One of my LED candles fits in it nicely.

Happy wife happy life. Really getting the RRII looking pretty fancy. You really did a nice job on her Osage. Sure glad the storm wasn't as bad for you as predicted. I'll be staying tuned in to see what else you come up with.

Back many years ago,  that type of candle holder was used to hang out in front of the cat houses. When it was lit they was open for business.
So Pearl,  where exactly did you acquire this "candle holder"???

Patrick, the candle that I'm putting in that holder can switch to a red color  ;)  The RRII might start paying for itself  ;D


I put the finishing touches on the camper.  I did some caulking, sealed the back side,  and made an antler door handle and latch for the inside.  I made the handle low profile so it wouldn't stick out much on the inside. 




I also painted the storage area and put up some scrap wall panels on the inside walls.  I wanted it to have a more finished look.  I didn't like the insulation and unpainted 2x4's showing.




For the most part it's completely finished.  I still want to change the front deck and make a bow and arrow to hang on the back side.  I don't know when I'll get to that.  I'll post an update when I get to it.  Thanks for following along.  Posting updates motivated me to work harder on it.  And thanks to Jeb, Pearly, and PatB for donating items for it.  Sorry if I forgot anybody.
