« on: January 25, 2016, 10:03:56 am »
Hello!

I need some leg sinew (like moose, elk) approx. 70-100 grams for backing one bow. Send PM!

Thanks,

Markus

Why dont you try cow sinew? Go to a local slaughterhouse and ask for some hind legs they cut off. Or ask a butcher. I have some in my freezer waiting to be processed. Dried hind leg cow sinew is also often sold as dog food.
Hungarian and turkish composites were typically made with cow sinew.

Markus, have you checked the customs regulations about sending animal parts to Finland?   You might try your local butcher or an Oriental food shop for sinew.  I'd bet reindeer sinew is pretty good.
