I am in the process of writing a free ABO booklet. I can send it to you in  electronic form. This will take a little time to  organize but it is all mostly written. I am kinda thinking about 2 weeks from now it should be done. Anyone interested in a copy just let me know and I will send an electronic copy and you can just print it. All I  just ask is that you don't print it and sale it. I have this thing about donating to a good causes. This will also contain the data to an ABO heat treating experiment that I was going to publish but then it would not be free and I  would not be able to talk about it. This data is about a four foot fire that burns for 5 days.
