What can be done with elm inner bark ? Weaving and cordage I have found. Bow strings too.
I have 4 bundles rolled up and bagged in the freezer

That sounds good. Just twined up a short 3 ply cord. about 3 ' of it.

I once put a bottom in an old ladder back chair with Elm Bark.
It looked rough but it worked.
