lil ol yew

Got this piece of yew a ways back from gundoc...very old piece that was leaning against a basement wall for so long the ends were rotted and it had deflex from the lean  :o
It took some time as it is my first crack at yew and i must confess its almost as good as erc  >:D its 64"ntn 50#@26" Nigerian ebony tip overlays kangaroo leather handle wrap with my first attempt at a strunkish style  ???  tie up.inlayd mother of pearl arrow pass ;)





Is this bow making a sickness? or the cure...

Beautiful bow Soy!  Almost as good as ERC huh?  Might have to give that a go then ;)

Nice looking stick soy. I have a few pieces of yew in the shop but even with a respirator the dust gets to me. I hope mine looks as good as that when I finally finish it. Well done.
