Finished photos!

64" ntn
50# @ ??"

Bamboo backed HopHornbeam
Indian Ebony Powerlam
Ipe, PurpleHeart, and Indian Ebony riser and tip overlays

Got about 50 arrows through it today, I'll get a bunch more over the next couple days.  It'll be shipped by the end of next week.  This one is headed west from my current location (but that doesn't take much when your in Maine  ;D)

I must say that I am envious of the recipient.  This bow shoots faster and flatter than any bow that I have built to date!

Guess I better get moving on mine.  Just got back from visiting our daughter who is serving with the national guard at Fort Sam Houston.  She just passed her medic exam.

Got the design for my sketch penciled out.  Got to make some stamps tomorrow to put the runes in, shouldn't be too difficult.

Well I told you all I would post the proof  of the 199fps. Patrick

woooooohoooo!

470 if I remember right sleek. We shot some 520's out of it and was hitting the high 180's!!

Thanks a lot fellas! I'm very proud of my accomplishments with this bow. I said that one day I would make a bow that shot 200fps.and I'm calling that goal achieved! Now to just make me one like this one! Dang I hate to send it out.
Cool thing is it only took 3/4in of set!  Patrick

Whoever gets that bow is a lucky man! Being the only one of us there with an natural 28" draw, I had the honor of getting to shoot it for the tests. That bow is amazing! I didn't want to hand it back.

Wow!
