I understand about the computer issues. Mine is ready to go in the bin too!
As long as you've shipped your bow I think it was all a bit of a fuss about nothing. Life doesn't always run to plan and I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt especially when I don't actually know them.

Katt said he has been working 14 hours a day 7 days a week. I can't blame him if he gets home and doesn't feel like working on a bow. It will get here sooner or later.

Even all the make up bows for the ones that broke or deemed unreliable or unshootable?

I'm not gonna touch that one. That is between the shipper and receiver. If someone knows about an issue with their bow I believe it is up to them to make it right.

Well it took much tolong but after fighting and wrestling with the finish on a make up bow you can mark thattrade finished. I put together a nice bamboo cedar core white oak belly bow with ipe power lam at pats house who was able to straighten out the mess i made on the finish. Note to self. Tru oil finish on feathers on the belly will make the feathers so stiff it will pop off. You cant glue them on with the finish, you have to use superglue.

I think i made a nice bow but patrick made it really shine. He is a hell of a wood finisher. Also found out spray on polly can be applied by hand with bare fingers with good results. Hopefully the recipient will post some pics for me. I really loved how the bow came out. I really hope this is the last bow of the trade?!

Besides "Make ups" It is. Patrick let me know that this was sent a week or so back. Thanks to those who stepped up and made it work.
