Staves or Lumber in Springfield MO?
« on: September 16, 2014, 04:13:17 pm »
I need to build a bow for a family member and I ran out of seasoned staves

Does anyone here in Springfield have any clean, straight staves they could trade? I have a ~40# hickory D-bow and a white oak Molly I'm willing to part with.

Pretty much any wood is fine but particularly osage, locust, hickory, elm, hackberry.... something durable for a compound hunter.
Springfield, MO
