The other day the tree was a buzz with birds. All acting really wild and silly.
I got up and took a closer look. It seems that the later born hatchlings were
out to have a good time. They were acting like Humming birds at the feeder.
There were many more but few stayed still.

Cool pictures Zuma! I had a pair of Mockingbirds nest in my yard this year, and I filmed nearly all of the nesting process, and managed to take a few pictures. The nestling in my hand fell out of the nest. It was well before the fledgling stage, and I put him back. Before someone interrogates me for handling it, I'd like to say that I would not have done so, if I hadn't spent a lot of time studying the nesting cycles of birds beforehand.
