Weekend Walnut Bow

Hello all..normally it takes me 3 to 4 months to finish a bow but this walnut came together in a couple of weekends..48@26" packs a good punch and is a ton of fun to shoot!Has a branch to add some character..but my favorite is the heartwood color.I know some ? walnut as bow wood but I never have had any negative results.Teak oil finish-Thanks for looking-Hammertime

I like it Hammer. I've made a handful of walnut bows in the past and have some staves of it in the shop now waiting their turn, I'm now inspired to get after them sooner than later. Nice work on yours, it has a unique beauty to it.
