Anyone else useing spent 12" planer blades for scrapers.  I tried one on a whim and it seems to be pretty slik.  I think it will have handles on it shortly.

Mine is made from a used circular saw blade.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

Iv got a homemade drawknife made by Alton Hill here in VA thats made from a planer blade.  I just tilt itup to use as a scraper.  Works great for both.

Some will make a decent drawknife also.. Ive got a 4" planer blade i use to use as a scraper..worked good but i prefer a scraper with a little flex.... Brian
