BL for LB (Lil Bubba)

Got this done for my boy. He's 3 and been watching me and helping sometimes too so I figured I better make him one.  34" n-n and draws about 8-9#. Weighs about nothing. He wanted to paint it himself and I think I will let him do paint on one of mine; I kinda like the camo thing he's got goin on. Sinew wrapped nocks and nylon stringline handle with a piece of ERC wedged in in for rest. Sealed his paint with shellac and then 2 coats tru oil. It hits harder than I would have thought 9# would! He shot 2 suction cup arrows with a little help and beamed from ear to ear, then decided it made a good propeller on his upper lip instead  ::) ;D He didn't wan anymore pics so I'll have to get FD later. I got a osage for the girl done too and she gets it when back from Kindergatn.
Oh yes, I somehow made the upper lmb 16" and the lower 14"  :o No idea how I did that.

Nice! I love making little bows. Real trick is keeping little guys from also wanting to use them as a sword...haha

Yeah, it's been a porcupine quill, sword, propeller and airplane wings already LOL
