Here's a point I made from in my opinion one of the rarest cherts in America..Mount Marino chert ...aka Normanskill...

Its a real shame that they shut down the paleo quarry for this stuff. It's one of my favorites!!! Can't wait for warm weather to collect some at a different source I discovered.

I am done right after this one...I drove a flake square in the palm of my hand and I Knapp free hand so that's why I said that..I can't Knapp off my lap using the short moose billet like a hammer stone...
