yew a beauty! the arrows are fine work too, really nice fletchings
when i'm working on things my ancestors worked, singing the songs my ancestors sang, dancing the same dances, speaking the same language, only then  I feel connected to the land, THIS land, where my ancestors walked for thousands of years...

That is a sweet bow.  Nice paint job, nice design, nice tiller, and nice arrows.
"The bow is the old first lyre,
the mono chord, the initial rune of fine art
The humanities grew out from archery as a flower from a seed
No sooner did the soft, sweet note of the bow-string charm the ear of genius than music was born, and from music came poetry and painting and..." Maurice Thompso

Thank you and appreciate the nice comments gus :) im glad you all liked it it is a good shooter too.

Gaur: I sinew backed only about 56 inches of this bow, I stopped at the recurves. I only put about 1.5 Oz of sinew on it, not very much if you think about it for this size bow. I wanted to keep the physical weight down since it is pretty wide already and so adding more sinew would just be adding more hand shock so I kept it on the low side. I could have gone a little narrower on the limbs, they are 2 inches maybe could have done 1.75 and it wouldve shot a little faster just because its yew.
