Grady, or whoever is heading up the swap. Please send me a list of names once the dust settles. Its good information to have when setting up future swaps. Non communicating dead beats can stay out of anything I am part of heading up. Ive noticed a few repeat customers over the last 4-5 swaps done on here.

Gordon and pearl the deadline was march 31st. Pearl I will get a list to you of who hasn't shipped. I started to put one together last night to figure out who hasn't shipped yet. I will only join the big swaps from now on. This one gave me a bad taste in my mouth after busting my hump n gettin mine done almost a month early.

The guy building a bow for me, contacted me a couple weeks ago.  He's having personal issues that are demanding all of his time at the moment.  I told him to take his time, I completely understand his situation.  Actually, I'm VERY pleased and lucky that he drew my name.  I don't mind waiting at all.

That's understanding hedge Apple but there are some names on the list I believe that haven't even made a peep. It's ok if someone reaches out but to sign up and vanish isn't right. I'm not mad but more disappointed.

Yikes, I didn't realize the deadline was that far gone. I'll contact my assignment and let him know it will be on its way soon.

+1. My guy let me know through Grady, a long time before the deadline. I think it was going to be at least mid may before he was able to start. Given his circumstance ,I would expect it to take a while  to get it done.

I'll make a bow for someone who has been completely stiffed in the trade. Just send me the info, Grady.

Just a little note on behalf of WoodbenderDW. He's been working diligently on his bow for this trade, but has run into some bad luck, wood ,etc.(I think he's about fed up with Red Oak) ;) He's coming over again tonight to work on his bow. (a couple of us get together once a week  in my shop). I think he's on the short string.Should be done soon.

So the work is being put in  :D I'm really liking the look of ipe in the handle riser and I put some on the tips, it's going to be a nice bow to look at if it turns out  ;D

Alright, here is the proof of my work. The tips are far from where they need to be and so is the handle, but I'll save that work for after tiller.
