ya know grahm I had to clear my plate first and finished off two other bows that needed to be done, and which are done and need to be posted before one gets shipped....if it makes ya feel any better I only have about 3 1/2 hours into this one and its floor tillered to the point it could be strung up at a low brace with about ten pounds left and its ready for some heat shaping/correcting.

ryan the upper right side kink will be the arrow pass...it fits and lays in the hand better that way

awe come on pearly...nuttin wrong with that as long as I make it have some sexy curves  ;)...come on wheres some more pics of yours? you said your shooting it   ???  ;D

Ryoon ..the ones you don't wanna give away are the ones you do give away....that means its a good bow,and only good bows should leave the shop...I know how ya feel...I have one right now I made for someone that I don't wanna give up either...but she must go as she is not mine.

Gus...gotta question for ya.....do you like sadistic torture?  >:D

Agreed.  Nicely put.....  on BOTH counts.
Talking trees. What do trees have to talk about, hmm... except the consistency of squirrel droppings?

I have a very nice Kentucky Coffee Bean stave I just need to take down a couple rings to a nice fat one and some really beautiful cherry bark I got from Carson.  Now I just need to find the time to get started.

Thanks for posting picks for me Blackhawk.
And yea pearl drumb that sucka is bending . I never made a short stiff handle till this one. I have to be honest there was times during the build that I was ready to thin the handle out and just make a bend thru the handle bow but I kept pushing it . I bet I could draw it to 28"  at 27 it puts a 600 grain arrow down range pretty good . but I figure my guy is good with 24 to 28" so if he shoots this one at 26" right in the middle with a little lighter arrow it will still smoke them.

This is round 4 with the heat gun.  She's ready for the tree now.
Be thankfull for all you have, because no matter how bad you think it is...it can always be worse.

Jeeeeeez.  If you get away from the computer for more than an hour, you have 3 pages to catch up on!  You guys are really puttin' them out.  All nice stuff I'm seeing so far!

Like you Hawkster, I've had a couple of other bow obligations to take care of.  Getting close to starting on my trade bow.
