You guys had best wait to see what Saturday morning has in store before you go planning something. Friday night is one of the longest of the weekend.  ;D Heck, it may still be Friday night on Saturday morning for some.  ;)

Spoken by a true Classic veteran.   :)  Even with my mere 2 years of experience, I've realized that the bow shop activities thin down around 11PM and by 2AM only a handful of addicts remain making shavings.  By 4AM most have subcome to exhaustion and spirits.

I'm bring a stave to work on this Classic.  Who knows, I might be waiting for first light Saturday to shoot it.  haha  Don't I sound ambitious.  haha

In my younger years I foolishly thought I was a night owl and hooted until my throat was raw.  In my mid 30's I ended up with a job that required me to show up at 7:00 a.m.  I thought it would kill me, but it turns out that I really do my best work in the wee early hours of the mornings and by about 10:00 a.m. I lose that fine focus.

So if everyone's up late hooting, I'll be resting up to make best use of the pre-dawn and dawn hours in the shaving shed!  If Pappy will show me where the coffee makings are, I'll try to get the ball rolling.

I'm already starting to lose sleep in anticipation of losing my never-been-to-a-Tn-Classic status!

I've been up with Pappy on those late nights after a few final, finals.   ;)  Its a rare thing to get up and moving the next morning before Pappy does.  I don't know he does it.

Went out yesterday and today to try and get a mess of pan fish to fry up one evening while at the classic.  So far, nothing, just two very very small brim yesterday.  Might have to heat up a can of sardines and think of them as fried fish... :o
