Thought you might like some news from Iowa on the weather. Well I was hoping to hunt during my break but the weather has other plans for me. Here is the start of the storm.

Same up here. Just north of me 10-15 miles is looking at 8-10" of snow! I love winter!
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

I have hunted in this stuff before but now married a wife said Nooooooooooway. Winter brings a different angle to the table.

the snow is lovely, and the kids are having a blast!
the wind not so much...took out a bunch of folks power today
and still blowing...but the sun peaked out and cleared the roads this afternoon.
unfortunately with all the wind the snow was too "dry" for snowball making...
