I've seen her videos.  Repeatedly. 

It's the technique, really, that's all I was looking at.  Jeez guys!

There is another video where she is practicing the Parthian Shot.  Stand facing away from the target, draw arrow, turn at the waist and shoot backwards.  The shot was used by the Parthian Army to cover retreats on the field of battle.  She makes it look relatively easy.

I don't know if I can do better but if I practiced specifically?  I'm seriously wondering...
