In need of a new self bow.

Looking for a recurved osage, or other wood, self bow.  45 - 55# @ 26".  nothing too fancy.  I can make the string if need be and even finish with wax or oil.  I just want something with a little more umph than my 41#er that I'm shooting now.  I've mostly given up on fg backed bows, and have yet to make a self bow, but would really appreciate a new one.  If anyone has one they may want to part with, we can talk trade of goods or paper in a PM.  Thanks for looking.  derik p gratz

I don't have anything to trade, but there is a thread on the paleoplanet trade blanket of a guy selling a bunch of bows in that range.

I got a bunch of bows in that range...but no static osage..if interested send me a pm and with some more details on what specifically(dimensions) you'd want or be ok with.

Derik, you can't go wrong with a Blackhawk or a  Pearl Drums bow.  They both know how to build a fine bow.
