Looking at those points, I think they might be tapered just on three sides. It would be nice to hold one. I'm going to give it a shot.

Eddie, I looked at some on a web search and they looked three sided to me also. Just for discussion I am thinking to find a ridge running off a side or end and work back from there...any other ideas or thoughts?

I also noticed on the web search that not all the points on those tips, so I am thinking it takes a certain flake to produce it...interesting for sure..

I fear they are real quad (four sides-square in section) points.

Not what I was hoping for but it is what it is until I do better... 8)

One side I took two flutes because the first was thin and off to the side a little. The opposite side the flute went sideways and made a circular hinge. They have to be straight in or its just not right.

Here is my first attempt this month. Didn't turn out as planned, I missed both platforms and had to remove multiple from both sides.

I was half tempted to turn it into something else when the flutes didn't turn out. My ability to take a half decent photo really helps make it look better. :)
