I decided to play with some rock this past weekend.
Georgetown with a curly maple handle



Grey rhyolite mini hawk and a green rhyolite knife.



Another from rhyolite



A small Dacite knife



Good old thunderchert



And just to make sure I had enough blisters, another one from grey rhyolite

Thanks for the kind words.  Yes Cipriano, that is some of the concrete,  I mean rock you sent me.  I'm glad I have plenty of dogwood to smack it with.

And ya gotta keep in mind - some of this TX stuff is REALLY hard! Cipi: i bi-faced out all those spalls off of your biggun, just waiting to cook it. I won't touch it again till it's cooked :). Bring it on George! We'll make an arrahead or two. Sorry Madcrow, little side jaunt here :laugh:.
