storing bow arrows when not using...

Any particular way you all store your wood bows an wood arrows when yer not using them? racks? standing? upright?, laying? hanging?  arrows same?  does it matter?

i lay my bows flat and make pvc arrow tubes with foam in the bottom.

My bows hang from pegs as well. Do be honest it does matter as Artsy said. However I shoot my bows weekley so they really dont sit around much, any of them. Steve that is one fancy cradle you use man!

What are the problems that occur when hanging bows vertical off pegs? I've never herd of issues and have always hung my bows self/custom from pegs some have been idle for years.

Ol Artsy gets paranoid about the RH "dripping" to the bottom of the bow while the upper half remains more dry. He is a perfectionist to the 10th power an I appreciate that about him! You should see his arrow art. AMAZING work..........................for an ol fart that cant see or move his hands! :)

Bows horizontally stored. Arrows either in arrow boxes or arrow rack. Jawge

Once stored arrows leaning against a wall in their quiver and most of them ended up being bent, not happy and wont be doing that again.
Bows i hang horizontal using my 50p bow rack. Two bits of string hanging from the roof with loops tied every 10 inch :)
