This is the first time I have posted a bow on this sight. I have been enjoying primitive archer message board for a while now, and since I copied my handle wrap from a tutorial off this sight I figured now was a good time to start. 53" sinew backed osage, 52# at 27". Thanks for looking, Bob

I had trouble posting pictures here, I read a few explanations, but I just dont get it.

Since you already have the pictures on photobucket it's a real easy step from there. when you hold your mouse cursor over a picture in your photobucket album there will be a little pop-dowm window with a few image codes. Click on the one that says 'direct link' and it will copy it for you. Then in your PA post there is a little icon with a tiny mona lisa that says 'insert image' when you mouse over it. click that and it will put a code into your post. all you need to do is hit ctrl-v to paste your picture link into the code and the picture will show up in your post. I hope that makes sense, it's much easier to do than to explain.

Sure did.  This may be your first bow post, but that isn't your first bow I'd wager.  Very nice work and lovely tiller.  Welcome.  Make sure you post one of those full draw pictures.

Really like the way the sinew back looks, what did you do to it to get that look, as far as the color goes?

Thank you for the  comments, and here is a picture of the full draw hopefully. Josh, I am from St. Michael Pa, just outside of Johnstown, still familiar?
TurtleCreek, I use leather dye on the back placed on by dipping a plastic bag in the dye and blotting it on (an idea borrowed from another bowyer). I used black and mahogony.

Looks really good! I love those shorties!
