Some newer points
« on: February 11, 2012, 04:21:14 pm »
these are some of my newer points, made in the last month or so.  i am still really new to knapping so i dont know what type they are. and dont have a scale so i dont know how much they weigh, but they are thinnish and have sharp edges so i am happy with em :D

Keokuk. Obsidian, and novaculite

Thank you much Tracy F  :D  I am expecting a load of obsidian next week so i get more practice, and hopefully less waste.  I turned a couple decent pieces of texas flint to rubble so i will stick to the easyknappin stuff until i progress a little :D

Them look great! You are well on your way - keep on a knappin :).
