another atlatl

This one is based loosely on the Indian knoll style.  The handle is elk antler, the spur white-tail deer antler, and the shaft is Osage orange.  Test shots were great. 

TL = 23" 
Spur = 5" hole in spur 1" deep
Handle =8"  hole in handle 2 1/2" deep
Osage shaft TL=13 1/2"  dia. = 1/2"
Linseed coating

named "Mammoth Slugger" for a friend.
