Christmas exchange bow

Here is my Christmas exchange bow. Haven't made a bow since October because I have been hunting a lot! Anyway the bow is 66 inches long and I can't say anything more. It's made from a maple board that I got at home depot back in October. The leather wrap is concealing a rawhide wrap which is there because there was a little knot and I wanted to add some insurance since it's a gift.

thanks for all the kind comments. I have one maple board left an I am hoping to make a hunting bow for myself and upgrade to a higher poundage. i'm thinking 50# instead of 40-45

Howdy YoungBowyer,
Another nice lookin' bow, someone will be very pleased. What's the length and poundage on this one?
So, how's that bowhunting coming along? Is this your first year for bowhunting?
All the Best,
